We take care to display products, colours and finishes accurately, but slight variation can occur between screens and the natural materials used (e.g. marble veining). Product dimensions and weights are shown on each product page — please check these before ordering.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is taken securely at checkout; your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot deliver to your address.

We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow product care or assembly guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
