We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. For orders outside the UK mainland, please contact our support team for shipping availability and additional charges.
2. Delivery Time

3. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery is available on selected items or orders over a specified value (as mentioned on product pages).

For other orders, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.
5. Delivery Process
Our logistics team will contact you prior to delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order.
For larger furniture items, two-man delivery and room-of-choice placement options may be available.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at support@exquisitediningsets.co.uk. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
7. Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen events (e.g., weather, courier delays, or high demand) may cause slight delays. We will notify you immediately in such cases.
