At Exquisite Dining Sets we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Delivery timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 2–8 working days from the date your order is confirmed. You'll receive tracking or scheduling details once your order is dispatched.

Where we deliver
We offer free delivery across mainland UK — England, Wales and Scotland. Delivery to Northern Ireland is available for a charge of £[NI CHARGE — pending], added at checkout. We're currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, or any address outside the areas listed above. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm delivery and any charge that applies.

What our delivery includes — access & stairs
Our standard delivery service includes delivery to the ground floor. We also deliver to flats and upper-floor properties where suitable access is available.
- Delivery to flats is available where a suitable lift is provided.
- Where there is no lift, we can accommodate delivery up to a maximum of two flights of stairs.
- If your property has more than two flights of stairs, restricted access, or any other access considerations, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible and advise you accordingly.
- Please ensure that access to the property — including doorways, hallways, lifts and stairways — is suitable for the size of your furniture.

Assembly
Assembly is not included as standard. Our Premium Assembly Service can be added to your order at checkout — full details are on every product page under "Assembly".

On the day of delivery
Please inspect your item on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, note it and contact us at Sales@exquisitediningsets.co.uk as soon as possible — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (extreme weather, courier disruption, incorrect address details). We'll always keep you informed if your delivery is affected.
